This advanced boiler stove has been designed by our UK brand Ecosy+ at great expense and is based on our extremely popular Ottawa range, admired by many stove installers and well reviewed by the public. In our (admittedly biased!) opinion, we feel this stove is one of the best looking and up to date boiler designs on the market. The integrated steel boiler hugs the fire for maximum heat transfer to the water and the advanced secondary burn system creates a clean and efficient burn by returning the initial smoke produced by the fire. This is a great feature on a wood burning boiler stove that is in constant use, because fuel consumption will be reduced.
This stove proves there really is no need to spend thousands of pounds to get an advanced, good quality wood burning multi-fuel boiler stove. Some of the features on this stove include a huge fully heat resistant, glass-fronted door that gives an amazing view of the fire and is kept clean with the advanced pre heated airwash system. Those of you who have had fires before will know this feature is very important. The stove is a fully welded construction that includes a 4mm thick body and 8mm thick top. We are so confident of its quality that we offer a 2 year guarantee; something that is not offered on any other boiler stove around this price bracket. We have tried to make this stove modern looking but not too contemporary so that it suits all interiors. Both the door and grate are made from think mineral cast iron and are designed to stand the test of time. (Spare parts are available for this stove and generally kept in stock at our distribution centre).
Boiler Spec
Note: Our expertise focusses around the use of the stove itself and associated chimney parts. Technical questions in relation to the plumbing side, may need to be put to a qualified plumber. Please see all technical information for the boiler itself below.
- The stove will supply a maximum of 15kw (50,000 BTU) to the central heating and hot water systems as well as 6kw (20,000 BTU) directly to the room. Your radiator requirements will be measured in BTU. To calculate the needed heat output, add up the BTU requirement of each radiator in the house. (1kw = approx 3,500 BTU.) ( Exact heat output will always depend on the volume and quality of the fuel burnt.)
- The stove includes an additional thermostat that automatically opens and closes an additonal vent on the stove. This probe is linked directly to the boiler and opens when the stove requires extra air and closes if the boiler gets too hot. This system should not be relied upon for stove opperation as it can be over ridden by manual controls.
- Suitable for open vented systems only (Not suitable for pressurised systems)
- The boiler has 4 x 1" threaded outlets at the rear. 2 are for flow and 2 are for return. Depending on the system, you could diagonally cap off 1 flow and 1 return outlet, if they are not required.
- Pressure - 3 bar ( 1bar = 100kpa)
- Boiler Water Capacity - 19l
.
Clean Burn System
The Ottawa has an advanced secondary clean burn system that is controled by a chrome pull lever on the base of the stove. This lever opens and closes a vent that pulls air over the fire, re burning the initial smoke emitted by the stove. This makes the stove a lot more efficient and eco friendly saving you a large amount in fuel costs.

Shipping & Returns
All items on our website have UK mainland and Ireland shipping built into the cost. We work in partnership with Woodside Global a locally based haulage company. We ship to all parts of the UK and Ireland. Unfortunately there are some Rural and island areas that we can not ship to or we may have to add an additional charge. Should this be the case a member of our team will call you to explain. We do offer a return to base refund and this means that you must return the item in its original unopened condition back to us. A fee of £149 will also be charged to cover the costs of our shipping, administration and restocking.
Important Delivery Information
Any stove ordered from Stoveworld NI will arrive on a pallet and, depending on the order, can weigh more than 200kg. Deliveries of this nature are very different to standard courier deliveries.
On this page we will try and outline as much information about the delivery procedure as we can but if you need any more information, please call our office on 07729862524
When will my stove arrive?
We use a third party courier for all of our deliveries as we deliver nationally. When you place an order from Stoveworld NI, we book in the delivery with our courier and then e-mail you the date on which the delivery has been booked to take place. This is usually within 5-7 working days. If you have a specific delivery day in mind (within the 5-7 day estimate) that is best for you, please add this to the ‘notes’ section and we will aim to get it out for delivery on this day.
Where will the driver leave my stove?
The delivery is a door step/kerbside delivery and the driver is not required to take the goods into the property for insurance reasons. Drivers however do their best to assist you as best as possible and most will help you move the stove. Steps, gravel driveways and narrow gates can prevent the driver leaving the goods in the desired place and in some cases, prevent a delivery altogether.
What happens in case of a delay?
Should there be any delays with a delivery, we aim to let any affected customers know ASAP after we are notified by the couriers. In the rare occurrence of a delay, we are not responsible for any loss of earnings if someone has stayed at home to wait for an item to arrive. We never recommend booking a fitter for the day of delivery; we are not responsible for the installer’s time/fee if the stove does not arrive on the advised date. We would usually advise ordering your stove in advance of your installation date by at least 4-5 working days to avoid any issues should a delay occur. Should your delivery be delayed, we are not obliged to refund the delivery charge.
Do I need to be at home?
All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, with the usual delivery times being between 8am and 6pm. We do not receive estimated times of deliveries from the couriers, so someone would need to be available all day on the day of delivery. We ask you to leave us a contact number that we can pass on to the couriers as the drivers will usually call 30-45 minutes prior to delivery. If someone cannot be available on the day of the delivery and if we have your authorisation, a delivery can be left at your property in a ‘safe place’ stated by you. These instructions are usually followed without any problem. However, please be aware that taking delivery of a pallet while you are not at home is done at your own risk. We cannot be held liable if the depot does not put the pallet exactly where you want it.
Access Issues?
Most larger goods like stoves, pizza ovens and liner kits will arrive on large 18 ton curtain side lorries. If you live down a tight lane, please let us know in advance and we will book the order on a small vehicle “restricted access service “. Sometimes, smaller vehicles will not have a tail lift because they are not large enough to withstand the weight of the lifting equipment. In some cases, the driver may need assistance lifting the item off the vehicle to the ground. If we are not notified of restricted access in advance of the goods being shipped, this could delay the delivery.
It is the driver’s discretion as to whether he thinks the vehicle can get down the road and safely turn around. It is often stated that a dustbin lorry can get down the road but this is not a fair comparison as they will often have rear wheel steering. If the driver cannot get down the road he may ask you to meet him at another location to unload the lorry or take the goods back to the hub to be loaded on a smaller vehicle and delivered another day.
Does my address affect the cost of delivery?
We pride ourselves on making life easy for customers therefore we have teamed up with woodside haulage in Northern Ireland who offer us a single 1 off cost to all destinations throughout mainland UK and Ireland. This cost is built into our products so you can be rest assured no matter what part of the UK mainland or Ireland you may live we will have no hidden charges or fees coming your way.
